Bernie's Book Bank--MLK Day of Service
It was great to see so many families take part in our MLK Day service project at Bernie's Book Bank in Lake Forest.
2011 Children's Christmas Pagent
On December 18, 2011, the children at CUMC performed Christmas Treasures. In this program we dug into our Christmas chest to share some Christmas treasures with the congregation. We shared that the best treasure of all comes from the bible: "I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people: to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is the Messiah, the Lord." Congratulations to all the children that worked hard to produce such a wonderful Pageant!
